Background
HitPredict was initially developed in 2004 at the Institute for Protein Research, Osaka University. Between 2010 and 2019 it was updated at the Institute of Medical Science, The University of Tokyo. As of September 2019, HitPredict is updated by Combinatics, a bioinformatics company based in Japan.
